What you are buying
Swarm & Bee LLC (the "Bakery") sells AI training datasets and decision-support corpora. Every SKU has a real name, a real cell count, a tier grade, source attribution, and a sha256 manifest. See /menu.json for the live inventory.
Not medical advice
The medical datasets we sell are training and decision-support tools. They are not medical advice, not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, and not a substitute for the doctor-patient relationship. Customers building healthcare-facing tools on top of our datasets are responsible for their own clinical validation, regulatory clearance (FDA / CE / equivalent where applicable), and downstream user-facing disclaimers.
Bespoke quotes; no auto-checkout
All sales are bespoke. The CLI submits an intake; a human reads it; we either invoice via Stripe or provide a settlement address (swarmusdc.eth for USDC on Ethereum L1). No card is kept on file.
Returns and refunds
- No returns on delivered bundles — once you have the JSONL + manifest, the goods are received.
- Full refund if the delivered bundle sha256 does not match the issued
manifest.json. The manifest is the truth; if it doesn't reconcile, the order doesn't ship. - Cooked-for-you adapter weights are delivered as-is. The training recipe is reproducible (see
cookbook.defendable.eth). Loss-curve and eval-delta receipts are published with the bundle.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the deployment, evaluation, and use of any model you cook on a Swarm & Bee corpus. You are responsible for end-user disclaimers, age-gating where applicable, jurisdictional compliance, and any regulatory clearances your downstream product requires.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swarm and Bee LLC, its officers, designated brokers, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your deployment or use of any model trained on a corpus or cookbook delivered by us, including but not limited to claims by your end users, regulatory bodies, or third parties.
Intellectual property
Delivered datasets are licensed for your internal training and evaluation use. Redistribution of the raw corpus is prohibited; redistribution of derivative model weights is permitted with attribution to defendable.eth standard. Source attribution within the corpus (ADA, IWGDF, NIH, PMC, etc.) remains with original rights-holders.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swarm and Bee LLC's aggregate liability arising from or related to any order is limited to the amount you paid for the specific bundle giving rise to the claim. No party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Florida.
