SECTION 06Every claim in this memorandum is independently verifiable. The buyer may inspect individual deeds, recompute Merkle roots, and query the Hedera blockchain directly.
The buyer receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered training pairs for model fine-tuning, evaluation, and internal research. The buyer may train models on this data and deploy those models commercially. The buyer may not resell the raw dataset or deed certificates to third parties without written consent from Swarm & Bee LLC.
Quality Guarantee: If any pair in this package is found to have a score that cannot be reproduced within 0.15 of the stated score using the same judge models, Swarm & Bee will replace the pair or issue a proportional credit.
